2nd until 13th of Sep 2026 Sun 13 Sep 2026, 7:10:02 pm CET ...and all of a sudden we are almost two weeks into September. The days are flying by and I am trying to keep up with everything. As per usual. Everything is going well, but I am feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the things that is starting up and the things that I need to get done. The masonic activities are starting up again - it fantastic to see everyone again and I am looking forward to the upcoming events. It will be an eventful (with some major changes) and interesting autumn, winter and spring in that sense. My son J. is also coming into a new and interesting phase in his life. He is receiving his bachelor degree in international entrepreneurship and management and he is now starting to look for a master program that he can apply to. It will be in the area of what he wants to do in the future. We already have a good idea of what he wants to do and we are looking into the different options that are available. He has his passion in the music production area and he is looking into different master programs that can help him to develop his skills and knowledge in that area. It is an exciting time since the best and most flexible programs we have seen are all in Sweden. Not very surprising knowing that Sweden is a very innovative and creative country within that very area. Many other things are happening and it is important to also take the time to do the things that are important to me and my family. To take the time to enjoy and create the small micro holidays that adds to the quality of life and the time that we have together. Reflecting back to the week we had in Sweden made that especially clear to me. Today we finalized hanging up two huge ceiling lamps - one in the living room and the other in the hallway on the first floor (in the staircase). It was a bit of a challenge to get them up there, with the very old wiring in the lamp. They are also weighing a ton as they are all constructed from crystal and glass and metal. In the end we did it and they look fantastic They heavy work paid off in the end.. I am also progressing in my other hobbies and projects. I ordered yesterday an interesting wood like filament for a 3D printing project. I have also made some progress in my hobby of pipe smoking - I am keeping up with growing my own tobacco and exploring the different tobacco blends that I can create. What are the specifics between Virginia, Burley and Kentucky tobacco and how they can be blended together to create a unique and pleasant taste. I will end this post here and I will continue to enjoy the rest of the evening with my family. I hope you all have a great evening and a good night. Tomorrow is another busy day and evening. The day and evening/night is already fully booked... Did you know that..? I try to find an interesting historical event that occurred on this day.
