Home Again: Sweden Memories & Back to Life

24th until 31st of Oct 2025

Fri 31 Oct 2025, 7:23:19 pm CET I am just home after about 10 days of time off in Sweden visiting family. It was great to see everyone again. Now first back to work and the well known daily routines. It was a bit sad to leave Sweden again, but I will be back soon again for the same reasons as this time. I have some useful observations from my trip that I will use when I plan my next trip. More about that later.

The time spent there was divided up in two parts, first period with my parents and my older brother in the north of Sweden, and the second part with my younger brother in the Stockholm area. Like I mentioned I did it before as well, and I will do it soon again. It might be with a slight change in setup, but the basic idea will stay the same. I will not dwell into too many details to why I do it here and now, time will tell. But it is mainly to help out and spend time with the best parents and siblings one can have.

I am basically just back - last night - to my wonderful family, who also belong to the group of people I treasure the most in this world. It was a fantastic trip, but great to be back home again. I missed them a lot while being away.

Time has flown by so fast again, and I have so many things to do and catch up with now. But I will take it easy and not stress myself too much. After all, life is to be enjoyed, not rushed through. I have a lot of memories and pictures from the trip which I will share later on here in the upcoming posts. But for now, I will just relax and enjoy being back home with my loved ones, and now it is getting late and time to get some rest. I have a rather busy working day behind me after the days off, so sleep is definitely needed. Catch you later!

Did you know that..? I try to find an interesting historical event that occurred on this day. Fri 31 Oct 2025, 7:23:19 pm CET Did you know that today in 1517 is when the Ninety-five Theses Read more about it on Wikipedia! is published by Martin Luther.
